Having started its journey in 2010, today Alroz Aviation is one of the leading aviation training and placement institute. Hailing from a small village in Sambhal,UP, she had to face a number of roadblocks in her early life but she continued to work hard with support of her mother and joined a placement company after completing MBA. After marriage, she started working for the empowerment of girl child by promoting education. Being a director of Alroz Aviation, she always wanted to uplift the young children by providing educational facilities to them. She kept on working hard and incorporated theAlroz Trust in 2016. It has more than 100 students today. The trust is operating in UP and Delhi and Miss Almas Afroz is looking to further expand it in the coming years.

Both the directors are happy with the progress of Alroz Aviation Institute and Alroz Trust. After withstanding early roadblocks, Alroz Aviation has made its mark in the aviation industry. The institute has a wonderful track record with the placement of more than 2,000 students in renowned airlines,fulfilling the manpower requirements of various airlines.

They train candidates through different training modules to meet the requirement of different airline. The candidates are groomed through personality development classes, passenger handling, customer service and English spoken classes to raise their confidence. There are separate training modules for cabin crew, ground staff and air hostesses. The cabin crew members and air hostesses are given live training inside the craft for equipment familiarization and to make them potent enough to handle emergency situations.

For ground staff, the age limit for a candidate is 18 to 30 years and minimum qualification required is 10+2. The candidate must have good communication skills as well. After joining, training is provided for 45 working days, ensuring 100 per cent placement of the candidates in different job profiles like Passenger Handling, Customer Services, Ramp Handling, Air Ticketing, Reservation, Airport Retail, Hospitality, etc.

For cabin crew, the age Limit for a candidate is 17.6 to 27 years with a minimum height of 157 cm for a female and 170 cm for male. Minimum qualification required is 10+2 and good communication skill is necessary. The training period is of 90 working days. The candidates are trained according to the needs of different airlines, aviation, airport companies. Apart from classroom training, Alroz Aviation provides live training in the aircraft and simulators.

The training institute focuses on grooming the candidate through personality development classes and video representations. A practical training is also given to the candidates on aircraft.
